Flowing Tiers Tank, size Medium ($68)
This tank is reminiscent of about a thousand other tanks currently available at Anthropologie, J. Crew, and the Ann Taylors. I'm at the point where I think I'm over all this ruffle and tier business. I mean, I still love me some ruffles and tiers as much as the next girl, but at a certain point I have to say enough. I feel as if I reached my breaking point as I pulled this tank over my head. The fit wasn't great on me and all the ruffles added bulk to my midsection which makes me look a bit boxy. The pale color wasn't helping me out much either - I felt really washed out in this tank. If you haven't already been sailing on the ruffle ship, you might want to pick this one up, but for me, I'm passing.
Long Embrace Cardigan, size Medium (was $98, now $49.95)
Wow, this one hit sale quickly. This is a straight-up fall sweater and it's already 50% off. Honestly, I can see why because I thought it was pretty dreadful. The color was a lovely wine and the knit is mixed with panels of a charmeuse-esque fabric. The end result is that there's a lot of fabric that just sort of hangs off me. I can imagine this sweater being disgustingly adorable on some other bloggers, but it's just too much excess fabric around the hips to ever work for me!
Two Worlds Tee, size Medium ($78)
The first thing I noticed about this top was the color. It is such a pretty warm orange. It reminded me of pumpkin pie. Yum! The Medium fit perfectly (I think there may be some smocking in the back for a little extra give in the bust). The blouse is a little low cut - I wish the top button was a little higher or maybe that there was one extra button. The length was good and I think I'd be able to tuck this top into a skirt or pants. I already have several short sleeved blouses, but I'd consider this one at sale.
Mystery Postcard Cardigan, size Large ($118)
I have a ton more reviews, including the Martston Skirt which can be seen in these photos! I'll run some more soon!
